
G7 information
The Group of Seven (G7) is an informal grouping of 7 of the world’s advanced economies: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. The European Union also participates. They meet annually to discuss significant global issues. In 2025, Canada assumes the G7 Presidency and is hosting the Leaders' Summit.
